The landlady goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable and welcome. The room is immaculate and well-aired, with a comfortable bed. The on-suite is easily accessible for larger people. The location is perfect, with easy access to the driveway and clear directions for finding the guest house. There are plenty of local amenities, including restaurants, shops, and takeaways. The continental breakfast is good value for money, with fresh coffee, juice, and seasonal fruit.
Felt very at home, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at a cozy, welcoming guest house. the lovely owner went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. the room was immaculate and well-aired, providing us with a great night's sleep in the comfortable bed. We also appreciated the accessible en-suite bathroom. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby amenities such as shops, restaurants, and the beach. the continental breakfast provided included fresh coffee, juice, and seasonal fruit, offering excellent value for money.
It would have been helpful if the description clearly stated that the establishment was an Airbnb rather than a hotel, as it may have influenced our decision to book.

The host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, from allowing us to have dinner in the dining room to offering us juice and cereals in the morning. The location was perfect, with a shopping street just a short walk away. Having access to a tumble dryer was a big help for us as cyclists with limited luggage. The bicycles were safely locked behind the garden door. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean with a great shower. The proprietor, Dawn, was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of free street parking and an adorable friendly cat added to the charm. Will definitely return when we're in the area again.

Stayed here for work, had a delightful time using the "complimentary" Wi-Fi that was actually working, and enjoyed the "convenient" parking spot I stumbled upon.
The "charming" view of someone's backyard wasn't quite what I expected.

The landlady was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and quiet. Additionally, there was plenty of free street parking available, which was a convenient perk.
The price for the room was quite steep, especially considering it was basically just a room in someone's house located in the middle of a housing estate. This left much to be desired in terms of the overall ambiance and experience.
